      Pros

      Flexible, stable, timely payments, transparency, continuously growing and most importantly not a hire-fire shop! Employee retention ( in-house )is excellent compared to market standards. Delivery of promises from immigration perspective for h1b resources. Supports bench resources in sensitive job market.

      Cons

      Extreme internal competition affecting brand image with candidates/clients Internal migration policy lacking. Lack of training-education programs for employee growth.
