Pros
- staff & management are lovely and want to do a good job, very helpful - staff are willing to learn & pass on their knowledge - very flexible working arrangements - very knowledgeable - great opportunities to work in a variety of organisations - great "family" feel In short - the pros out way the cons - if you want an organisation that has a human feel. They are going in the right direction.
Cons
- some areas have to do long hours due availability of resource - some management need training in objective setting eg SMART - seems to be who you know to get promotion - performance seems to be based on ensuring you meet management expectations, teams are left to do their own thing
