Pros
Will get the training to improve your own career, mobile staff will get provided with a vehicle (great with the current fuel costs), no real pressure applied in day-to-day work, variation of work through different clients, chance to work all over the UK and even abroad.
Cons
incompetent managers and total lack of communication. lack of proffesionalism with a lot of staff that have been tupe'd into the company, non-existent salary reviews, far too many managers and no clear roles as to what exactly they do for the company and the employee, poor reputation as historically CC are just box shifters.
