Horrible Company - Anonymous employee Computacenter Employee Review

Where to start... The first couple of months working for their BT/DWP account were fine, I was promised promotions, training and basically told I would gain a great career if I was to do more work for the company on top of what I had to do in a daily basis. Thinking my hard work would pay off I was basically given nothing of the sort. Instead I was given management work so that management could have an easier life looking at the internet and claiming my rewards for them selves. When questioning managements' 'tactics' and 'theories' my 'career' was dead. Thus bullying, threatening and stress followed. Undeserving people whose jobs I was effectively doing gained promotions and to top it off I was asked to train these said people to do their jobs properly. The FACE reviews are complete and utter BS. Basically you're repeating yourself over and over as to why you think you should be acknowledged better by the company only to be told in your FACE review you're wrong and the company is right. Pointless. Complaints will not be heard unless your management especially if they are about management either bullying you, being incompetent, you know, all the things that you could do wrong being manager will not be heard or entertained. If you complain then you're marked and are on the wrong side of management once you are then leave ASAP. Otherwise you'll get meeting after meeting at least one day a week pushing you out. I was then given other peoples work to do whilst they sat their looking at the internet when I refused because of that reason I was not a 'team player' thus resulting in even more weekly meetings with company policies being rammed down my throat by a sycophantic, over weight parasite that I could run circles round with just basic intelligence. I have now moved on and I couldn’t be happier. Avoid this company unless you are a corporate parasite. If you are then you’ll fit right in.
