If you have initiative and are willing to go that bit further, you will be recognised for it. Excellent employee recognition programme, good opportunities to progress within the company.
Cons
Benefits package could be better, need to think of ways of bringing the company together a bit more, employees out on customer sites tend to feel left out and often go native.
