There is a basis towards Sales staff - they were looked after the best in terms of perks and team-building opportunities and also Purchasing got lots of Perks too. Little opportunity for training and self development. Had no opportunity to negotiate pay reviews. Management were only interested in themselves and what they could get out of Computacenter in terms of perks and jollys.
