Second project offered very little training but you were supposed to give support for a wide range of IT issues. Generally badly organized, lots of pressure and time contraints. Took the project management ages to organize the additional benefits you're supposed to receive after a certain time (health insurance), so I couldn't benefit from it because I was already leaving the company by the time they sent the insurance letter.
