      Pros

      Decent starting pay - that’s all I can think of

      Cons

      Everything else. Company culture is not positive, no support or help from other employees. Upper management doesn’t care about employee’s wellbeing. Extremely disrespectful, sexist, and misogynistic. Basically an HR lawsuit waiting to happen.

      Pros

      Compute North's core values are engrained in our DNA, and those core values are in action daily by all members of the staff. The company is on an incredible growth trajectory, and in order to execute on that having the right people in the right seat is critical; which Compute North has in spades. The leadership team is world-class, the people are all incredible, and the office vibe is exactly what you'd want: work hard, play hard. Compute North has a bright future ahead, there's no doubt!

      If you don't thrive in a fast-paced environment where self-accountability and motivation are needed, this may not be the best fit.
