Horrible place to work - Technician Computek Dental Systems Employee Review

The pros for this company all revolve around the levels of support they provide to their employees. I have been through several life events that wouldve caused chaos in other jobs with no issues here, i have seen every member of management bend over backwards for their employees and the technical training i have be exposed to will provide value for years to come.

Small company, processes are being built with some trial and error involved. You need to wait a year to become eligible for vacation, and the clients can be demanding if you do not have a thick skin for customer service.

This company is very disorganized and there is a lot of in-fighting and finger pointing between staff members. They have a bad reputation in their industry which makes it hard to gain new business. Owner is slow to make decisions and hard to contact. Very little accountability leading to work going undone. The sales engineer role is asked to wear many hats, and it is a very stressful job. The technology used within the company is very old and clunky, and there is not much transparency between departments. Sales Engineer base bay is very low compared to industry standards.
