Friendly staff, pleasant people to be around and the opportunity to interact with customers is phenomenal as well as esteem building in terms of actually helping someone.

No assistance, lack of tools, new interns are not coached in terms of what management expects, what they prefer to have done and how, ask questions of new interns.
