The people there are the best and they really care. If you have the right manager, they will take care of you. The founder is a wonderful person who really cares about the employees and the culture.

The pay can be a little low for those that are just there for a job. If you put in the extra effort and stand out, you can get noticed.

If you had a great manager like I didi it was great. Allowed to work without interference from Corp to do the job we needed to do, taking care of the client! CEO was great1

No pay raises. All about corporate and nothing about employee's in the trenches that make it possible for company to survive. Always kept in dark. The more you gave the more that was expected with out reward. Always worried about the bottom line and nothing for the employes that helped keep the company make that bottom line.
