Pros

1. Excellent benefits including RRSP program, PTO, and L&D Program. 2. A vibrant and fast-paced environment ensures constant learning opportunities and personal and professional growth. 3. Impactful Initiatives in place to change the industry.

Cons

1. If you find it difficult to disconnect and recharge, or struggle with work-life balance, this environment may not be suitable for you. 2. Constant changes make it challenging to assess the effectiveness of new policies, procedures, or organizational adjustments. 3. Recent cultural shifts have led to uncertainty, fostering a sense of entitlement and fear. This environment has unfortunately encouraged people to undermine each other to gain favour with management.
