Pros
I had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to come up with this one… The shift hours that’s it. You get to work 3 — (12) hour shifts and then four days off that’s the only positive. Rarely any overtime given unless you’re “in good” with your supervisor….but get it documented if they do allow OT! There is plenty of other companies that other people should work for and I do now, and it was a struggle every day with that place. After five years I finally got myself away from that toxic environment It’s the most freeing feeling to not have to be associated with that degrading and condescending management team and the whole company altogether!!

Where do I begin? Probably the absolute worst place to be associated bank. The management team needs a complete wash. That’s where it all begins. New ownership of this company will hopefully see that in the near future, but how many people drop out of their like flies, it’s a toxic unhealthy working Bierman that no one wants to go to. But yet the management there, takes all advantage of anyone that is a felon…. Knowing very well how hard it is to get a job with a criminal record. They are manipulative and condescending and overall the worst management team I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been employed by really crappy places but this one definitely takes the cake. Especially the materials manager and supervisor. Two peas in a pod! I feel for anyone that’s employed by them…
