Remote work ability, My group had some great people in it that really wanted to succeed.
Cons
No long term goals, inability of senior leadership to see the big picture when managing data, i.e. no data strategy. Inconsistent data management and development practices. Very few avenues for advancement. Over and above efforts are not rewarded in annual review salary increases. 1% 401k Match. Finally, you are treated as disposable. I was laid off last week with really no warning as I had several items that I was working on, so the company is VERY unstable at the moment.
