Everything takes time. We're a little unsure about what you mean by "so-called" unlimited vacation? Of course, you still need to get approval from your manager, but the difference is there is no bucket to pull hours from. We'd definitely suggest that you come talk to us if you are having trouble taking time off. We firmly believe that people need time off to relax and recharge, so that they can stay focused and engaged at work.
