Pros
Part-time remote work in the evening and weekends. Which was what I was looking for. Did receive cost of living pay increases.
Cons
Department leadership was more of a dictatorship. MUST acknowledge every communication in blazing speed or be reprimanded. Later would receive an apology to the team, but too little too late. Would smoke cigarettes on team Zoom meetings.
