Pros
You have a kitchen with pool, vending machine, refrigerator. It's also called the relax room. Management doesn't care if you are badmouthed and disrespectful. You can bee as free as you want, as long as you do the job, which is not hard at all. Great for a first job, but not long term.
Cons
Management really went downhill, thanks to the new management hires in 2022. They won't listen to you, if you want to share how you feel in the team or how your work can improve. They mainly want you do an amazing job, with a 4 days training at best, from unqualified or new agents. Management is always right in this company and they don't accept any constructive feedback which targets their favorite employees. This means that if you are not on their good side, you can calmly prepare to be treated like trash or a human being without any respect. It's perfectly fine to swear in the office and shout and make fun of your colleagues. They will do what they can to not give you the money invested in their stocks, which they promise that after 2 years will come back to you x5, but they will either extend the time-frame or just remove you before you take them.
