      Some good people but becoming less.

      Low pay, below industry standard benefits, no personal development, no career path, unachievable goals, high pressure, no recognition, toxic environment, blame culture. Most people get through the day by dreaming of leaving!

      They expect you to save money, but they pay for executive level people to travel to Chandler site when a video conference would suffice.
