Pros
The people are nice. If you like small companies and can deal with being over-micromanaged then this is the place for you. If, you work in the sales department, then you are treated much much better and are given a good amount of respect from management. You also have a license to treat the other employees that work in the operations side like complete garbage and then laugh about it without any repercussions. This is a great company if you are a real sales-person.
Cons
The company does not promote from within. Management makes special rules for their family members. They do not want to invest in anything on the operational side of the company, so working on that side can be very very frustrating and it's really not worth all that frustration and stress for the amount of money you will be paid.. If you are not in sales or a part of the family, then do not expect to get paid a lot. They micromanage everything everyone does, including having scheduled breaks. Everything is treated as an emergency because they do not have good operational processes in place and for the few that are in place, they do not follow. IF you are 1 minute late or leave 1 minute early, you will be called into human resources and it will be considered an issue. They do not care about employee safety so usually you will not have the right tools you need for the job or have the right safety equipment. If you are not in sales, or a part of the family, then you are treated as if you do not matter and that you can be easily replaced. Again, the only exception to all this is if you work in the sales department. They also do not give you much time off, about 2 weeks TOTAL TIME combined sick and vacation time, so good luck having a paid vacation from this place in the first 5 years. Lastly, you will NEVER get promoted and will NEVER have a chance to be a manager because you are not a part of their family and they do not promote outsiders in that company.
