      Pros

      Salary on time even during the pandemic. Work-life balance and NO politics there. You will get a good scope of learning under the guidance of seniors, quality projects to enhance your skill as a fresher. HR policies are quite complimentary. Management staffs are very supportive and understanding. I really enjoyed my tenure working here !

      Absolutely nothing. Everything is below standard

      Cons

      Extremely boring and bad infrastructure. No work life balance, worst salary hike. The owner and so-called MD has zero knowledge and only wants to suck up your blood. He used to pay in cheques which bounced 3-4 times! He would never let you leave and bound you into contract issues and all but if you do a small mistake, he will fire you without payment.
