      Supportive seniors and coordinators are very helpful. They guide me when i make mistakes and appreciate my work.

      Absolutely nothing. Everything is below standard

      Cons

      Extremely boring and bad infrastructure. No work life balance, worst salary hike. The owner and so-called MD has zero knowledge and only wants to suck up your blood. He used to pay in cheques which bounced 3-4 times! He would never let you leave and bound you into contract issues and all but if you do a small mistake, he will fire you without payment.
