      Employees are fantastic and lovely to work with!

      Cons

      No onboarding process has been made when I arrived. If hired for the role of Take-Off, ask for the manual, PowerPoints, and Excel files. A coop student (me) wrote them and they should be very helpful when first learning about the products and processes the Take off team must adhere by. Enjoy!

      Great people to work with, and great experience can be gained.

      Workload can get intense at moments, and situations do become stressful, upper management only makes the situation worse at times.
