Pros

Flexible culture, if you live in NYC you see people using your work all the time. Great mix of both blue and white collar coworkers.

Cons

Very black box, low wages, constant re-orgs. I haven't had a performance review in years and have never actually spoken to my manager who seems to be completely hands-off
