No weekends, work life balance, many of the staff are friendly and welcoming, received a bonus for xmas, truely cares about the customers
Cons
Use to love coming in everyday now its just ok, most are treated better than others, lots of favoritism and barely any if no recognition for the hard workers in admin unless you're a sales rep, a bonus that was promised on a monthly basis has not been paid out in over a year even though when hired and was told there was a monthly bonus, asked what it was based on, was told its just something we have always had and now we dont, always a breakdown in communication within the company, people like to make decisions that affect all departments with in admin and dont relay those changes right away like they should
