Pros
Confab makes some awesome and complex conveyor systems and fittings. It really is decent experience for someone who needs it. Not much is expected of you aside from that you try and learn when you're starting out and new to the industry.
Cons
Poor training, everybody smokes in the shop, virtually no safety or health regulations. Most employees (managers included) have very poor attitudes and do not have much consideration for anyone but themselves.
