Grow as fast as you want. Put the effort in and you can make quick steps in the beginning of your carreer
Cons
The expected work life balance is not great. Expected to work fulltime, but also write articles, have evening gatherings, join internal specialization groups. And that is even outside of what tou need to do within the fulltime projects.
