The culture is very much tied to who you are connected to. There are many back stabbing employees here who pretend to be your friend, but use any information you share with them to make themselves shine bright to the managers. you cannot trust anyone. The future is bleak and you only find out after you are employee. You see potential from a distance but it is a completely different story once you get into the company. Many of the good employees have already left the company and more are planning to leave. This makes for longer working hours for the employees who are left and are not really rewarded for all the work they put in. The pay is not great, the attitude of the managers towards the employees is bad. Read all the other reviews, people are telling the truth about how bad it is here, it is not just one team it's the entire company. This is a family company. you will not get ahead or be paid well enough to stay. the people who do stay are miserable.
