      Software company, using dot net

      Cons

      Worst CEO and project managment CEO is rude, not friendly, no managment skills. Just setup the deadline and don't care how many hours you will spend. Extended working hours I was asked to work over 80 hours per week, no overtime pay, no compensatory time. The CEO said this is because I was getting salary. Poor pay The salary is much less than average. Hopeless a compay has no growth

      Located at Downtown Kitchener I can not think of any pros on this company

      Bellow average pay comparing to market salary They are in the business for 15 years and didnt grow, Actually the CEO doesnt want to do extra work to grow the company, He only need the company to fill his pockets. Harass, Pressure and curse their own employees I hear CEO is yelling and Cursing his delivery manager. They say they do Agile but they dont, Actually they dont implement any of the software methodologies at all. I worked for all levels of companies (Start ups, medium scale and Large scale) but I havent seen such a worst company in my career
