Lowest morale I've ever experienced Pay for your own parking $25/month Workload is very very heavy. High stress. Toxic work environment Expect your hours to be monitored closely. If you're running late, or stuck in traffic you're not getting paid. Pay is "by the minute" not even by the hour. Getting paid out any overtime is a struggle. Owners have a lack of focus, direction, and follow thru. They have no idea what they are doing. Absolutely scatterbrained Actually not sure what work the owners actually do? They don't seem to understand even their own roles in the company Pay is low, don't expect a raise. Empty promises galore Nepotism, "HR" is biased Every second of the day is billable work mentality, ruthless. Owners have a LOT of work life balance. They come and go as they please with inconsistent schedules, working minimum hours (maybe 30 hours a week?). They aren't around to help employees with questions, provide any guidance or simply don't show up at all some days. Benefits are depressing

She Has No Office Experience Disorganized Mess The Owners are Moody, Negative and Condescending towards employees Owners lie to my fellow employees and our clients Do not bring your taxes here to get done! Our clients private paper work is out on desks for everyone to see. Nothing is private or locked up. T4 Slips are laying out on desks This place is a joke!
