They provided housing and a stipend, which is enough to live on, but not enough to be comfortable.
Cons
I don't want to say specifics because I fear their legal team. But trust me, don't do it. If you need evidence, look through their responses on this site. They require audio and video recordings of you signing the contract before you join. That should be a giant red flag for joining any company.
