      Not a thing honestly, absolutely unethical

      Cons

      This is a bad company to work for, It has a high staff turnover. The management doesn't actually care about their employees. They are simply dishonest, manipulative, and unethical. Decisions are made in bubbles and silos. You will be overworked and overwhelmed with no training. In conclusion, this company is a JOKE and I'm still not sure how they're in business.

      Pros

      + an entirely different company than a year ago, in a good way (real goals, metrics, accountability) + leaders appear honest and motivated to change things for the better + client situation has turned around 180 degrees

      Cons

      - lots of exits, new CEO has fired a lot of the former senior team (or, maybe this is good?) - takes a while to rebuild a reputation
