Zero meritocracy, and an astonishing number of incompetent people. Instability is the norm, while management does nothing but lie to employees, foolishly believing that anyone actually buys it. Senior hires see this as an easy money grab—they quickly realise that executives have no clue what they're doing and exploit the situation by completely shifting the company's vision for their own advantage. I've never seen a company where leadership is mocked so openly by its own employees.
