Pros
Good food in the cafeteria
Flexible hours
Cons
Low salaries. CEO's salary has ballooned to almost $2 million while everyone beneath him works for below market pay.
Very poorly managed. Senior leadership is ineffectual. They do not communicate transparently. There are no standard processes, no consistency. Lots of turnover, bureaucracy, fear of change. Some people have cushy jobs where they spend all day in rambling, unproductive meetings and produce nothing of value. Others work very hard to make a difference, but nothing ever changes. The organization as a whole is allergic to change, transparency, accountability, and communication. It is a toxic culture of stagnation and mediocrity that infects everyone eventually, which is why employee retention is a major concern.
