      Company has great perks and benefits

      Cons

      Upper management on property not the best. Treatment is unfair. And environment also feels tense. Employees are afraid of the upper management. Because they don’t take criticism well. And you get screamed at. Our issues are dismissed by HR. And it’s just a show when Regionals visit. Culture and FUN, are not shown.

      Pros

      They offer Critical illness insurance and I was diagnosed with MS. I received a payout that helped me in the beginning. Plus Life insurance for my 72 yr old Husband who passed away 6 months ago.

      Horrible management and owners. Extremely unorganized. Work life balance is terrible. Stress levels are very high. Random insurance company.
