Management does not look to the future, no professional development. No investments in new technology. A culture of "because we have always done it this way" exists in the company.
Drug and alcohol abuse on site during business hours are ignored by the upper management, as well as safety concerns.
Hourly employees are not paid properly. Overtime is only given after an employee reaches 45 hours.
Egos exist with upper management, they seem to only be looking out for themselves, and avoid conflicts at all cost.
