The company was recently acquired and improving in many areas including utilizing lean management and six sigma techniques to provide value to customers. In addition, new product design expertise has been added to the services offered. Project teams are working together across all sites to share knowledge and expertise.

There are many changes going on, it might be challenging for people who have been there a long time, but the changes are good ones. Most employees are feeling good about the new direction of the company.
