Pros

Condado lures you in with popular buzzwords like "culture" "inclusive" and "relaxed" to show you they have a hipster mentality. If you like a brand that pretends to care, then they are the people for you.

Cons

Condado's leadership team openly supports racist and sexist policies. Condado's leadership team has openly donated to the Trump campaign and endorses him and his administration's homophobic, racist, and sexist policies on their personal profiles. Condado's leadership has said they will not support Black Lives Matter -- after publicly stating on their profiles stating "Recent events have made us reflect on the racism and social injustice plaguing our country, and we are more determined than ever to do what we can to live up to our values and create meaningful and positive change." We have yet to see this change, in fact, quite the opposite. Condado's "culture" is a false reality they use to attract young, ambitious people. The only culture I witnessed was to overwork staff and undermine creativity and progress. Condado's Leadership operates to micromanage every project without making a decision. Projects and goals are changed upwards of 10+ times creating an environment a "culture" in which month's of work is tossed in the trash regularly. Condado sent COVID exposed employees to open new locations.

Pros

The pay is higher than most in the local market

Cons

You're paid for 40 hours a week but contracted for 50. Hence the higher pay. However, in reality, it often translates to 55-60 depending on business. The amount of pressure and tasks on a manager's plate is overwhelming. The company often makes changes last-mintue and, it seems, without consulting those at the operational level
