Pros
Small company, chance for OT, profit sharing, occasional bonus. The people are very friendly, and it's great to be in production here. They also work with you on personal schedules. You can come and go in case of an emergency without fear of being let go.
Cons
No one is held accountable or to a standard. Upper management doesn't see the day to day issues and has no clue how things are actually working. There is a big fear of bringing up problems in this company. Stay quiet and don't disrupt the day to day type of operation.
