Fast paced, lots of impact, fun - Senior Software Developer Condens Employee Review

It's essential for the team that everyone has close contact with users and is responsible for customer feedback - the flexibility, both in terms of time and place, everyone can work as it suits best. Nevertheless, care is taken that we find time together on-site to work together and see ourselves as a team - The trust that is placed in everyone by the founders and every team member. You are supported, can make decisions in your own area of responsibility, and can get input and feedback at any time, if desired, to make decisions yourself - Our central office, where I like to come and see my co-workers and work on topics together - The support I get to ensure I'm doing well in my role and balancing everything with my personal life (flexible hours, uncomplicated off hours, etc.) In short: I am very satisfied with Condens as an employer and with my work here!

I feel very welcome at Condens and the team is super supportive and caring but at the same time ambitious. Since it's a relatively small team the collaboration among colleagues is close and one gets to see a lot from what the others are working on. This helps to align activities and truly act/speak as one company. There's a unique energy among the team and it's cool to see so much being achieved. There are regular team events and every Thursday there's a team lunch where we get together to eat and socialise. The team is very diverse (in gender, countries of origin, cultures and languages spoken) which makes it fun to exchange and learn form each other. UX Research, the industry Condens is in, is growing quickly and provides a lot of opportunities. Personal interactions with UX Researchers (the users of Condens' software) are generally very nice and easy going. I underestimated this factor in the beginning, but being in an industry where you enjoy to interact with the people turned out to be quite important for my motivation and well-being.

Some colleagues are big coffee enthusiasts. I don't drink coffee and they continue offering it to me. Just joking, it's ok :)
