Pros
High end clientele. 9/10 you will be working in very nice neighborhoods/homes. Nice box truck to work out of and your equipment is opened ready for you to load in the morning.
Cons
Unorganized. Terrible internal communication. Lack luster leadership (6 team members and 2 supervisors quit in my 1st 3 months). Quality Health Benefits expensive if you have a family (300+ per check Weekly) . Many Salesmen aren’t knowledgeable on installing systems so they will send you to a house without everything needed for the job.
