      -higher salary to compensate no commission -rent comes out of paycheck in halves -small family owned company

      Cons

      -no commission -no rent discount -no work/life balance -encourage you to work onsite to work 24/7 -changed the dress code to target one employee

      They are flexible with days off, vacation time... Pay is nice for industry

      Cons

      you have to live on property, not always ethical in dealing with residents. Sometimes you have to enter disgusting apartments but that's part of the job.
