Exploitative Company – Avoid at All Costs! - Security Guard Condor Security Employee Review

I had a terrible experience working with Condor Security. The training was completely unpaid, and they require you to pay for your own uniform — which in my case was reused, worn-out clothing, yet they charged me around $300 for it. If you resign without giving notice, they deduct a “fine” from your pay, which feels incredibly unfair and exploitative. The whole operation seems to prey on people who are desperate for work, taking advantage of them rather than treating them with respect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. All the reviews you see that is 5 stars, is candidates in training...they literally ask you to leave a 5 star review before completing training.
