Great CS team and great manager

Leadership as a whole seems to have no idea how to successfully run a company. They place much more value in new business than they do in account management and customer success as a whole, which leads to churn and lack of longevity within the customer base. They have repeatedly changed comp plans mid-year in negative ways which makes us lose trust in leadership. It always feels like they are trying to pay us less while simultaneously asking us for more and more effort. Would not recommend working here.
