Pros
Conductor is great for a number of reasons but mainly because everyone is always working on ways to improve themselves, the work environment and the company. The people are thoughtful towards others, considerate of new voices and open to new ideas from everybody. Leaders are always pushing people to step out of their comfort zone and speak up and then actually listening. Managers listen to their employees, executives listen to each other and so on. Plenty of events, resources, etc. to keep employees interested and entertained.
Cons
As with most acquired companies there are growing pains associated with a parent company and the changes that come with growth. These are apparent but not stagnant, things are being worked on and there is clear visibility across channels.
