Honestly hard to give a con I guess project management and communications could be more streamlined

There’s a lot of trust and autonomy, so you’re not stuck waiting for approval or buried in process. You can take an idea and actually run with it and you’re surrounded by people who not only know their stuff but push each other to do better. There are also opportunities to travel and be part of projects that are genuinely shaping the future of immersive entertainment which is so exciting to be a part of. Overall though, it’s the people that make it. The team looks out for each other, keeps things fun, and even when it’s busy, there’s always a good energy in the room. If you like a fast-moving, ambitious environment where you actually get to make things happen, I couldn’t recommend CONDUCTR enough.
