Pros

It was a remote position.

Cons

They say it's 3 weeks of training, but it's actually 1 week of poor training before they throw you on the phone with a website to use to figure out what you're doing and talk about your calls briefly at the end of the day. I was there just under a year and had 3 different supervisors and 3 different Team Leads, one supervisor never even responded to messages / questions.

Pros

Working from home No travel to.work

Cons

I was fired the following day after I requested FMLA through my supervisor and was directed to contact Metlife. I was called on my cell by my supervisor after requesting to take a ADAAA day due to a medical issue and was asked if I needed to find another job more accomidating to my condition. I reported this to their supervisor and nothing was done about it. I was told upon termination ilI was not allowed to say who I worked for or what I did for them. Apple will be getting the same review as they tried to put it all on their client. At the time of my termination my metrics were 100%.
