Pros
Usually in call center environment the first thing you worry about is your AHT, to be honest that was the only good thing thing they didnt have AHT requirement in fact they recommended to talk to customers longer. Their was always floor walker to assist you but even they didnt know what they were doing half of the times cause they just got hired a couple of months ago.
Cons
They say they have a unique queue for training environment and production environment but nope the first live call in training you will be facing all sorts of calls. Basically taking calls on something you haven't even covered in training yet.
