Pros
Pay is ok. You can live on it, but after 6 months they WILL drop you off contract. I feel I actually learned a lot about people, business and overall myself as well. I always look to leave something better than I found it, and this was unfixable. I am trying to find pros...but the way the customer is set up to get screwed and fail...it's hard.
Cons
Where do I start. Anyone that has worked here and has ACTUALLY TRIED to move up in the company knows it's not gonna happen immediately. Even the supervisors have their hands tied when it comes to getting somewhere. It is impossible to TRULY give "excellent customer service" and in my time there I had many people say that I did great, but the COMPANY (client) will not allow us to actually help due to all the changing rules and regulations. Training will NOT help you, nor will most of the so called floor support...(which I was accepted for, but after a month was never used in that capacity..) even though my scores were above average and my attendance was PERFECT for 6 months.
