      Pros

      Quick hire process. If you need a paycheck now, and dont plan to stay long term, this company might be okay.

      Cons

      Shady. Get everything in writing. Job title, responsibilities, hours, salary, payment method. They will tell you anything to get you on board, then when you are done training it will all change. They will tell you that the recruiter or interviewer gave you the wrong info. Management won't respond or communicate with employees. They don't care about their employees. They only want warm bodies in their seats.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
