Pros
Working from home is about the only benefit. The calls are fine, but recruiting and management lie to you. I passed up other opportunities only to not get things told during the recruiting process.
Cons
Misleading management. Misleading in recruiting and advertising what the job role is. Misleading regarding pay and benefits. Misleading about schedule. No flexibility. Even if you miss work for an appointment and make the time up on your day off, it is held against you. No work life balance. Trainers are condescending. Too bad because I like the client and calls and would enjoy work more and be a long term employee, but with this experience so far, I don’t see that happening.
